If you love wine, cheese, music and an all-around good time, come out to Valenzano Winery in Shamong, N.J., on Sept. 17 and 18 for Winefest 2011.
The Garden State’s largest music and wine festival features continuous live entertainment, award-winning wines, cheese tasting by Cabot Creamery, top crafters from around the state and helicopter rides over the New Jersey Pine Barrens.
The festival runs from noon to 5:00 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. Thousands of people from New Jersey, New York, Delaware and Pennsylvania are expected to attend the annual event, which offers something for everyone.
“Our goal is really just to put on a great party that everyone will enjoy,” said Tony Valenzano, owner of Valenzano Winery. “It seems we know how to throw a party, because WineFest has grown from a few hundred people in 2002 to New Jersey’s largest wine festival. We expect over 10,000 people this year.”
Valenzano Winery is located at 1320 Old Indian Mills Rd. in Shamong.
